– SKY TV with international multilingual channels, cost per day 8,00 euro, available upon request;
– underground covered safe parking with automated remote opening available upon request, cost 10 euro per day;
– there is supermarket in 100 mt distance from appartment;
– you can order fantastic italian pizza directly to apartment – home delivery service is available;
– Bar/Caffé is availabale inside condominium contest.
– We can provide pick up service from Marco Polo Venice Airport and direct delivery to apartment upon request, cost 45 euro; Pick up service from Padua train station with delivery to apartment is 20,00 euros upon request.
We ask for a valid credit card upon arrival as a garantee for possible damages or for any additional cost (for example, city tax is not included in the price of the apartment). According to local laws there is 1,50 euro of city tax to be charged per person/per night.
We personally assist our guests upon arrival, during their stay, departure or for any information request. There are also two telephone numbers available to contact us 24 hours 7 days per week. Our guests can directly contact us any time for any need as they were in a hotel.
